Pacific Fighters PC Game

Pacific Fighters, known in Russia as Pearl Harbor (Перл-Харбор), is a World War II combat flight simulator for PCs. It is played online by gamers (Online fighter squadron communities) using a standard IP address or a client server such as "hyperlobby" regularly but can be flown offline as well. The latest version corresponds to the IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 compilation, developed by 1C:Maddox Gamesand distributed by Ubisoft in 2006.

The game gives the player 74 flyable aircraft, including variants. It was created by Maddox Games, as a Pacific War expansion of IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles, although it can also be installed as a stand-alone game. It has two types of missions that can be flown, "dogfights" or "cooperative campaign" modes. In either type, the player can play as either Allied or Axis forces, and the type of aircraft flown usually depends on the mission picked. The game also features a mission editor, allowing the player to make their own missions.

Storm over the Pacific is a turn-based strategy game set in the years of 1939-1948. It was developed byWastelands Interactive and it includes significantly enhanced ideas from World War 2: Time of Wrath (the previous game from Wastelands Interactive) which are moved into a different geopolitical setting - the Asian andPacific theater during the conflict between the Japanese Empire, the USA and other allies in the period of World War II.
Four big campaigns (Pacific 1941, Australia 1942, China 1937 and 1941) and 10 smaller scenarios taking place on 10 different maps are available to the players. The timescale is 1 day per turn or 1 week per turn depending on the scenario. The game offers 26 countries to choose from, each with accurate army structure. The player can choose to control either one nation or a group of nations to form an alliance or to fight with himself.Storm over the Pacific features numerous historical events, accurate orders of battle along with historical names of all units and commanders. Major countries have customized sprite and counter graphics. The player may plan and play out his strategy as he wishes, the game does not require him to be truthful to history in any field.

Postal Plus PC

Postal is a 3D shooter with mainly isometric, but also some top-down levels featuring hand-painted backgrounds. Gameplay and interface are similar to first-person shooters of the time in most, but not on all counts:There is no plot as such. The presence of a moving van on the first level suggests that the Postal Dude has been evicted from his home and is therefore "going postal", but no background story evolves during the game. However, the manual hints at a possible backstory (the Postal Dude believes the town's population has been infected by a madness plague), and in-between levels, players are given a chance to delve into the Postal Dude's psychosis with ominous diary entries containing phrases like "The earth is hungry. It's heart throbs and demands cleansing. The earth is also thirsty...". The game ends with the Postal Dude attempting to massacre an elementary school, but failing due to having a mental breakdown and ending up getting captured by the government and incarcerated in an asylum.

Prey is a first-person shooter video game developed by Human Head Studios, under contract for 3D Realms, and published by 2K Games, while the Xbox 360 version was ported by Venom Games. The game was initially released in North America and Europe on 11 July 2006. Prey uses a heavily modified version of id Tech 4 to use portals and variable gravity to create the environments the player explores.

The game's story is focused on Cherokee Domasi "Tommy" Tawodi as he, his girlfriend, and grandfather are abducted aboard an alien spaceship known as The Sphere as it consumes material, both inanimate and living, from Earth in order to sustain itself. Tommy's Cherokee past allows him to let his spirit roam freely at times, and gives Tommy an edge in his attempt to stop the Sphere.

Prey had been in development in one form or another since 1995, and has had several major revisions. While the general approach to gameplay, including the use of portals, remained in the game, the story and setting changed several times. The game received generally positive reviews and was a commercial success, selling more than one million copies in the first two months of its release^[3]and leading to the development of a sequel, with rights owned by the Radar Group. The rights were recently transferred to Bethesda Softworks and Id Software parent company ZeniMax Media.
